What is Mediation?
Mediation is a problem-solving process which, through the assistance of a neutral and impartial mediator, encourages and facilitates two or more parties to resolve their dispute. It is an informal and non-adversarial approach resulting in a mutually accepted agreement crafted solely by the parties, tailored to their individual needs and concerns. The agreement is legally binding and enforceable. Furthermore, it’s your opportunity to tell your story.
